Your money is held in escrow
The customer is charged on the platform's secure account and funds are held there until the job is complete. Only the provider's net payout moves — the platform's fees never leave the platform.
Card processing, passed through
Every card payment costs 2.9% + $0.30 in Stripe processing fees. We show it on every checkout and deduct it from the provider's payout — it is never added to your total and we keep none of it. On refunds, Stripe keeps its processing fee, so the platform absorbs it.
