These terms describe how Orlando Sanitizing connects customers with independent cleaning providers. By booking or listing services, you agree to them.
Transparent fees
Every job shows two fees before checkout: a 3.9% finder's fee paid by the customer and a 3.9% referral fee paid by the provider (7.8% total platform take). No hidden charges, ever.
Escrow payments
Your payment is captured by the platform and held in escrow. The provider is paid only after the job is completed — or automatically 72 hours after completion if there's no dispute.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed when payment is captured. You'll receive a confirmation with the provider, schedule and total.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel free of charge before the provider starts the job for a full refund. After the job starts, refunds are handled case by case through support.
Fair conduct
Customers and providers treat each other with respect. Fraud, abuse or off-platform payment circumvention leads to removal.
